Triumph Trident 660 Titanium Exhaust System

The Triumph Trident 660 is an impressive motorcycle that exceeds expectations for its size. It deserves an exhaust system that not only looks great but also produces that iconic triple sound. To achieve this, we developed a full titanium exhaust. Instead of the restrictive catalytic converter, we replaced it with an unrestricted resonator, which helps eliminate high-frequency exhaust pitches. This setup gives the bike a deep, clean sound as the exhaust gases exit through the short straight-through silencer.

This exhaust system is a high-performance option made from Ti1 titanium. It is significantly lighter than the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) steel exhaust. This weight reduction enhances handling, acceleration, and stopping distances. Additionally, the exhaust improves mid-range torque and peak horsepower thanks to its excellent flow characteristics, which eliminate any restrictions.

“The surface finish is a natural brushed titanium finish that changes colour after one ride. It offers the advantage of being stain and corrosion-resistant, and it doesn’t need polishing. Titanium dissipates heat twice as fast as steel and has high resistance to acid and salt.”

Manufacture:
